Hello Guys and gals,
my name is Ralf, I live in Germany and have just retired this month.
One of my ideas of keeping active is by fostering my old hobby Super-8 filming.
I am planning to build my own scanner and try to revamp my old films and also older N8 films from my father.

My professional background is medical imaging (X-ray). I have an engineering degree in telecommunication electronics.
Due to my age it is more on the analog side and not in SW development.

Thanks to your channel I have found answers on this subject which I tried to find out the hard way by doing my own experiments.
Looking forward to the ongoing discussions. However I feel that at the moment I do not have much to contribute.
