Hey! I’ve been watching the development of the Kinograph but haven’t had a chance to try to make one myself. Actually, where in the build process is anyone? I really just want it for Super 8 Film. Over a decade ago I used to run a Workprinter by Moviestuff. I was thinking about trying out his new system.
Everyday I sit by this Super 8 Magnasync thinking I’m going to build a telecine transfer system…
And some years I even make progress, like with this Bolex projector…
Last year I scrapped the idea for ripping all the insides of the projector out and replacing it with a Nema 17 Motor.
