Found Fineline Imaging, and the capabilities are up to 50K DPI, prices are reasonable up to 25K DPI. If conversion from EPS/PDF/AI is required there is a conversion fee.

Amazing thanks for sharing, I see they accept DXF so patterns could be made in Fusion 360 or other cad software. Maybe a separate thread could be made for focus charts / test patterns.
